2 more sleeps until Christmas – WTF!

I really did leave my Christmas shopping to the last minute this year.

We’ve just come back from the shops NOW!

I joined Dean in his usual last minute dash to the shops for Christmas presents this year.

To be honest it wasn’t as busy as what I thought it would be, which surprised me.

I’ve never done that before, but this year for some reason I struggled to get my head in the Christmas game.

I’m still not sure why!!

We got there early, I actually did have a list and we got started.

Our local shopping centre did evacuate for about 10minutes as well, which was interesting.  No one could really tell us why.

I found out later there was a fire in Woolworths bakery section!

Anyway, I digress.

Billy was the first one to be bought for this year.

I’ve had his presents for a few weeks already.

And he’s a very generous boy because he always buys Dean and I presents for Christmas.

Which brings me to ask you – Does your dog buy you a Christmas present?

WHAT DO I MEAN – DOES YOUR DOG BUY YOU A CHRISTMAS PRESENT?

I ask my Dog Grooming customers every year whether their dog buys them a Christmas present and I usually get laughed at.

And I stand my ground and (nicely) say – ‘I’m serious!’

Then I explain that every year for my Birthday, Mother’s Day and Christmas – Billy buys me a present/presents!

He also ALWAYS knows what to get me and chooses awesome presents.

I do get some weird looks until I explain that – basically it’s an excuse to buy yourself whatever you want and say – ‘It’s from the dog!’

I’ve even said this while I’m purchasing said present from Billy – that it’s from my dog – and 99% of the time I hear – ‘That’s so cool.’

One shop assistant even said that her dogs and cat needed to lift their game then as they hadn’t gotten her anything yet!

Jump on this bandwagon, I urge you!

Guaranteed you’ll always get what you want, because our dogs are so awesome.

They know us so well, they know exactly what to buy us.

I’m sure if they actually could do it for us they would.

I also joke around and say that Billy pays it with Applepaw – he taps his paw!

It’s fun and it’s a great excuse to buy yourself something.

Because you’re worth it and your dog knows it.

You buy them something and they buy you something!

WHAT BILLY BOUGHT DEAN & I!

Billy has bought me – 3 new dresses, 2 books and a book series by Atlas Rose.

Billy bought Dean – concert tickets to Metallica and concert merchandise.

See you always get what you want!

WHAT DOES ALL THIS MEAN?

That our dogs our so awesome, they can buy us Christmas presents too!
