I’m going to tell it like it is (as I always do), it is really hard to quote a grooming price over the phone.  There are so many varying sizes and hair lengths and requirements that come with grooming!! Quoting blind can cause over pricing or under pricing!!  Even after speaking with someone over the phone, their idea of knots and matting could be different to my view.   The same goes for size of the dog and general overall work that needs to be done!

For Example – For a General Grooming the price will differ from an English Staffy (medium size with short hair) to a Border Collie (Large size with long hair) and then the mix breeds come into play and it gets crazy lol!!

So the pricing below is just a GUIDE on what it may cost for your fur babies to be groomed.

NOTE – As stated above, price will definitely vary depending on the size of your dog, the required work and what state your fur baby’s hair is in when you arrive.

Additional Fees

Additional fees will apply for heavily matted , soiled and flea infested fur babies etc.  Extra time and effort is required!  The amount will depend on the extra time taken to get your fur baby all clean and fresh again.

I do strive to make the grooming process  as comfortable and stress free as possible for everyone.

All Shampoos, Conditioners and Cologne’s used are Australian Made and Naturally based PetCare Products that are formulated  with natural essential oils and herbal extracts of natural origin and are pH balanced for animal’s sensitive skin.

General House Keeping

• There are things I’ll trust that you’ll disclose to me regarding your fur baby’s fears, ailments, previous operations, temperament etc, again to make the process as stress free as possible, the more I know the more comfortable I can keep your fur baby.  I’m also a stranger to your fur baby and I need to earn their trust as well as your own.  I groom dogs of all shapes and sizes, even the snappy ones, as long as I’m aware straight up we can work out a process that works for everyone.

• I do groom puppies only if they have had all their required needles and the vet has given them the okay to go into public places.  I thoroughly clean and disinfect my salon, bath, groom table and tools etc but I do have a lot of traffic through the salon and it’s good to know your puppies immunity is where it should be.

• Should you turn up to your appointment and another groom session is still going, please advise me that you are there but wait outside on the veranda before entering the salon.

• Also feel free to allow your fur baby to go to potty outside on the lawn or on the shrubs, as I say, ‘it’s better out than in’, that goes for your fur baby’s body and for the salon.
